team building costs are usually tied to duration of the team building and the activity choice. as an indication, our half-day team building packages with an experienced trainer start from a minimum of S$3,000 for a group size of 20 participants, full day packages start from S$4,000. additional participants pay additional charges based on the activities chosen. our usual charges for group sizes of 100 and up are in the region of S$90 to S$150+ per participant for half-day sessions, and S$160 to S$200+ per participant for full day sessions. again, the associated costs depend on the group size and complexity of the games involved. venue and food and beverage expenditure are separate, additional charges.

• can you do team building for 5 people?

yes, we can conduct team building for intimate group sizes of 5 participants. however, the costs associated are going to appear exhorbitant, because our typical half-day sessions commence from S$3,000. the costs are justified because when the group size is small, we usually delve deeper into issues and the trainer would expound on learning values at a more in-depth level. the interactions and sharing amongst participants are also personal. in fact, we have conduced team building for teams as small as 5 pax, to the opposite end of the spectrum at over 300 pax.

• can you conduct team building outside Singapore?

most of our team building activities are based in Singapore. we have however, either followed our clients or have been invited to Bintan, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Langkawi and Hong Kong. our schedules do encompass regional travel as we are able to execute many of our team building programmes in most cities in the world. our clients would arrange for and provide transportation, lodging and meals for our overseas team building sessions.

• how long should a team building session be?

we would recommend a full day or more for team building, especially if the client has specific objectives to fulfill. having said that, we do have clients who bring us in as a prelude to meetings or engage our services to break the monotony or buffer the seriouness of seminars or meetings. we are flexible with different durations in which our team building services are required.

• can team building be held at our office?

we have team building games that can be played indoors, as long as there is sufficient room for the participants to cluster around or be in banquet-style seating. a large majority of our clients do prefer a more refreshing environment for their staff and would often opt for venues away from the office, like a country club or park for their team building event. there are many parks around Singapore that offer a scenic (and natural) alternative from the (urban) concrete jungle.

• can we do team building during our D&D

as mentioned above, there are indoor team building games which can be played during dinner and dances, some are gameshow-style activities, whilst others are akin to board games. duration of these games can last from 1 to 3 hours.

• which trainer would we be getting?

once your team building session is confirmed, we will allocate a main trainer to conduct the team building event. our trainers are all experieced in team building, and have conducted team building for varied group sizes and audiences like government agencies, government-related organisations and MNCs. however, if you should have any preference for a particular trainer, we could make arrangements for that trainer to conduct your session, as long as his/her schedule permits at the time of your confirmation.
