synergy race (island-wide team
building treasure hunt)
in teams, participants would travel in cars or by public
transport to complete 7-8 stations within the allocated time. the stations
allow participants to try experience a variety of cultural elements or team
building tasks. the winning group is determined by the shortest time taken,
as well as least number of clues to complete the treasure hunt. every participant
will be reimbursed their transportation costs incurred for the treasure
hunt. at the end of the race, there will be a short debrief and prize presentation.
