outdoor adventure - teambuilding through active sports

- teams challenge one another at this competitive game
- teams that spend time in planning and practice will perform better than those that do not

trekking (outdoor, small to medium group)

- participants do a 10km trek from Bt. Timah to McRitchie or trek up Mt Guning Panti in Malaysia
- as some participants start to tire, it will be a good chance to see their reaction

raft building (outdoor, small to medium group)

2) implementation of ideas
3) sharing of resources
- participants learn to build a raft and use it in a mini competition
- limited instructions and resources are allocated to each team
- participants will be challenged mentally as well as physically in this exercise

boot camp

run like an army style elite forces training, participants go through lessons on topography, jungle survival and combat skills in a real jungle. armed with only a jack knife, sleeping bag and limited ration, only the most committed teams will survive this extreme course. There will be near impossible missions, physical challenges, sleepless nights and out of the world experiences.

the course is conducted entirely outdoors, all personal belongings will be sealed and they can only open it in case of emergencies.

course duration is 3 days 2 nights.
