Team
Building quotient
after years of cracking
our heads to source for suitable team building venues for our
clients, we have decided to assess the suitability of popular
destinations near Singapore as team building venues (based on
our opinion). the term 'team building quotient' is used to rate
how suitable a particular resort, hotel or venue is as a team
building location.
perhaps some of you
do not fully understand what the fuss is all about, probably because
you have not attended any of our team building sessions. at singaopre
team building, we play team building games that are different.
some resorts and hotels may not be very comfortable with their
guest shouting and clapping in thier function rooms or playing
hysterically in their swimming pool. Thank goodness not all of
them!
below are some pictures
of some of the games that we play with some of our clients, to
give you an idea of why we sometimes require venue providers that
understand the value behind team builidng.

the locations are assessed on the
team building quotient based on the following:
(a) meeting facilities
- seminar room, LCD projectors, flip
charts for discussion in small teams, white boards, writing materials...
etc
(b) food and beverage
- variety of food available and quality
(c) accommodation
- number and types of rooms available, condition of rooms
(d) staff
- service level, initiative and how helpful they are to meet requirements
of team building facilitators
(e) other facilitaties
- that may not directly affect team buidling requirements
but may affect other factors like staff morale, like kids club,
spa, shopping centers nearby... etc
(f) teambuilding quotient
- rated out of 5, basically a summary of the factors listed above
venues assessed include:
